Week 5 Blog
The technology article I found at cnn.com was called "Scientists dubious of quantum computer claims." The article claimed that true quantum computing means that the computer would have to be based on true quantum physics verses classical physics. They said that most agree that a truly quantum computer is still decades away. The point of quantum computers would be for the computer to be faster and more efficient. There are doubts about when this could truly be achieved and about the ability of this higher proficiency being maintained.
